A Powai Office
A workspace for a small professional practice, designed to feel closer to a well-run study than an open-plan floor.
The company wanted somewhere clients would be comfortable sitting for an hour, and staff could work in for nine. Those two things usually pull in opposite directions.
The plan separates them gently: a quiet reception and meeting room in warm oak and navy upholstery, then working areas behind, with daylight shared across both.
Acoustics, cable management and storage were resolved early, so the finished rooms could stay visually calm.
